Modest Fashion Weeks (“MFW”, “we”) is operated by Think Fashion. This policy explains what personal data we collect through modestfashionweeks.co, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

  • Registration data. When you apply as a designer, buyer, media representative, influencer or visitor, we collect the details you enter in the form: name, email address, phone number, country, company or brand, and the participation details relevant to your category.
  • Newsletter data. Your email address, if you subscribe.
  • Contact messages. The name, email address and message content you send us through the contact form.
  • Usage data. Pages viewed, referring source and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics 4 in aggregated form.

Why we use it

  • To evaluate and process your registration or application.
  • To send you the confirmation, accreditation and logistical information for the edition you registered for.
  • To send event announcements and newsletters, where you have subscribed.
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Legal basis

We process registration and contact data to perform or prepare a contract with you and on the basis of our legitimate interest in organising the event. Marketing email is sent on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Sharing

We share data only where necessary: with the service providers who operate our infrastructure (hosting, database and transactional email delivery), and with the venue or local partner of a given edition where accreditation requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Registration records are kept for the duration of the relevant edition and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and alumni-communication purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent for marketing email. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@modestfashionweeks.co.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of functional cookies (for example, to remember your language choice) and Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site remains usable.
