These terms govern your use of modestfashionweeks.co and your participation in events organised by Think Fashion under the Modest Fashion Weeks name.
Using this site
You may browse and share the site freely. You may not copy substantial parts of its content, imagery or brand assets for commercial use without our written permission, nor attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
Registrations and applications
Submitting a registration form is an application, not a confirmed place. We review each application and confirm participation in writing. We may decline an application, and we may withdraw a confirmation where the information provided proves inaccurate or where conduct is incompatible with the event.
Fees and payment
Participation packages that carry a fee are quoted and invoiced separately. Unless the individual agreement states otherwise, a place is reserved only once payment has been received, and fees are non-refundable within the cancellation window set out in that agreement.
Programme changes
Dates, venues, participants and programme details are subject to change. We will communicate material changes to registered participants as early as possible. Where an edition is cancelled by us and not rescheduled, paid participation fees are refunded.
Image and media consent
Our events are photographed and filmed. By attending you accept that your image may appear in coverage, archives and promotional material of Modest Fashion Weeks. Write to info@modestfashionweeks.co if you need an exception.
Intellectual property
The Modest Fashion Weeks name, logos and site content belong to Think Fashion or its licensors. Designers retain all rights in their own collections and in the imagery of their work; participation grants us a licence to use that imagery for event coverage and promotion.
Liability
We take reasonable care over the accuracy of the information on this site but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or attendance at an event.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
